Opinions on this pony please

She's cute, but seems quite expensive to me.

I always compare horses to my own and what i payed for them, so considering her size, age and lack of winnings, i think she's expensive. That's just me though! But she's still lovely!

Not really bothered about her looks as nuch as I am about her temprement etc. But then again they aren't the bestpictures and may look better in person.

I'm not keen. You'd be doing well to make money on her at that price, she looks sweet but quite an ordinary 13.2 pony. I'd keep looking if I were you.

She looks a little sweetie, however, if you were thinking of selling on then you should think of the whole package, including the looks. Difficult to assess whole conformation with saddle on.

As she is still young, she may still put on an inch or two and that would make it more difficult to sell for the 13.2 jumping bracket as she will then go up into the 14.2 range.

IMO far too expensive and you will not make any profit.
Prob worth £650-£800
I think the sellers are hoping to get their money cos of her colour!

i agree 13.2 is a hard size pony to sell unless you have a jockey young enough to do some bsja etc on. when my daughter was on ponys doing p/c bsja the only one i ever lost money on was a 13.2. unless they are a cobby type then mother and daughter want them for hacking but then they won't pay mega bucks for doing just that.

Personally for a project to sell on, I would be looking at spending no more than about £800 regardless of the colour of the horse. Others have said it but if you pay this price you may end up putting a lot of work in and getting what you paid or less for her on sale.

As for the pony - sorry to be blunt but nothing special IMO - seen better 'potential' at the sales.
Having said that, if you have the market for this sort of thing in your area then you may sell her on her colour. But not for more than £1300.

Id say she'd be easy to resell - safe 13.2hh's are always in demand.

I wouldn't pay more than £600 for her though! Especially if you're buying with the sole intention of re-selling (and I assume making some profit!). You have to work out how much you think you'd get for her once you'd got her to some shows etc. For a pony like this, I wouldnt say you'd get more than £2k MAX given a few months of work.

13.2 allrounder types don't generally go for a lot more than that even when they've done some more therefore you wouldn't make much profit and she's too expensive!

I'd be a bit concerned about a 4 year old Cob that was jumping like that, it seems that no-one is in it for the long term use of this horse.

I love that type............but 13.2 is a bit small, how many adults would actually go out looking for something that size ? I would say 14 hh min, then you can sell to adults and children.

sorry i really dont like her. She looks sweet but does not look a superstar in the making...
I agree and think she is overpriced but i would pay £1000 fro her max.
I think there is much much better out there...
sorry

Jumping like what? It just says in the ad that she's jumping "single and combination fences". Whats wrong with that?
