Looks like a nice sort of horse. Would want to know if it had done anything and what standard of work it was doing. It would have to be going nicely and have done something to make me pay that price.

PM me what your friend is after, I think I might know something suitable.

Seems a fair amount of money as there is no mention of it actually having done anything. It doesnt really light my fire to be honest

Lovely looking pony but i agree it'd be useful to know what it has actually done and what standard it is at - if it hasn't done a lot then i'd be put off by the price but hopefully they have a reason for putting it at that price.

It's a nice type and the fact that it is coloured will, rightly or wrongly, push up the price. I have to say that pony prices are daft at the moment - I know, we've been looking for the last month - and I don't think it's overpriced if it is safe, sensible and can do a pony club job well.

Pony prices have rocketed atm haven't they!? But there are some nice little types out there. What are you looking for measles?

I'm looking for a 12.2ish hand pony. Safe in traffic & a bit of a confidence giver. It's for me to ride (I'm just 5ft & weigh 7st) I have utterly lost my confidence atm & just want something that I can trust & enjoy & once confidence has been built, I can pass on to younger sister.

For the basics you are looking at £1000+

I know the good ones are worth their weight in gold but some are commanding silly money!

I have the opposite problem! A lovely 14.2 for sale (don't really want to sell him but need the money) or share. I'm to big to compete him so he hasn't been out much. So no one wants a pony that hasn't done a lot (only coming 5) and I can't find a sharer to take him out, so i'm stuck!

Oh and i'm not asking as much as that one!!

I would say alot of money but depends on what it has done. Quite young so could be fairly green. Very nicely marked and could do well at in-hand shows.

Just looked at the horse & IMO that is a lot of money for what it hasn't done.

Similar I've seen going for £2500/£3000 so he is a little pricey.

Then again, as has been pointed out he is a coloured & some people do push the price up on them.

I agree that this is a price for a 'made' horse and as he is 6 years with no previous listed it does seem steep. You are paying for the colour of course!

There is something about the horse that I really don't like! Looking at the price (ad the fact it hasn't done anything) you'll be paying purely for the colour.

Any pony who has scope and has had reasonable success (even unaffiliated) that we phone about is 6K plus

We're looking for a 148cms pony to jump BSJA. Old, young, experienced or not, but a pony with scope and safe. If anyone knows of any that might fit the bill..
