Opinions on this trim??

Those heels look a bit low; it looks like trimmer didn't want to do too much at once at the sides though. I'd be having a chat with him about the rationale and what the anticipated progression is towards.

Agreed re: underrun heals. Would your farrier be amenable to showing you how to rasp fairly frequently between trims to bring heels under control? If that conversation failed to land in a place where there was recognition that there was a problem, I’d be moving on personally- these shouldn’t have got that far in my opinion.
