Hello

I have just purchased the toggi canyon boots and wore them for the first time yeterday. I had them on a maximum of 2.5 hours and didn't even ride. I was in absolute agony and literally on my tip toes as the leather was literally cutting into the backs of my ankles!! They fit me perfectly but they look a little slouchy at the ankle but just think that's the type of boot they are. I have never ever had a problem with any riding boots like this and have been told I cannot get my money back nor even exchange them
Which I am fuming about! I got home after taking them off to not only find blisters but I had blood everywhere and a deep cut/bloated type thing on back of both ankles! I am still in absolute agony even trying to walk! Surely this isn't normal?! There is wearing them in and wearing them in!!! Has anyone else had any problems? I paid £100 for these which I need to somehow wear but need to find a solution... Any suggestions?

It will take about a month for my ankles to bliming heal!!!! Not happy!!!

I love mine, always been super comfy and I only wear thin socks with them, but tbh they are so old now I don't remember if there was a small 'wearing in' period.

However, I'm sure I remember someone from retail telling me if you've bought shoes that have made your feet bleed then you can get a refund as there is a significant difference between a bit of wearing in and cutting feet to bits...don't know how true this is as have never had to try it but maybe get a couple of snaps of your heels and write to toggi explaining situation?

When I got mine, for about a week they rubbed.... quite badly too. But after that they were amazing. I think I even made a post about it.

Mine have just gained a split on the sole, and im gutted. But I have worn them literally every single day since I bought them.

I'm going to get some more, much to OH's disgust at the price. But they are lovely to wear with normal clothes as well as on yard and riding.

Just put layers on, I found tights also helped stop the rubbing, and they will come snug.

I love mine!! I wear them everyday all day! I've had them since may and there was a time after I first got them that they were agony :( I couldn't walk my blisters were that bad and I was limping everywhere, but after a week or so they become the comfiest boots I've ever had.

When they were rubbing I just put plasters in the likely blister spots and thick socks

I got a pair for christmas, they did rub one foot on the back of my heel - I just used a blister plaster for a couple of days, and once i'd worn them a bit more, and i'd healed up they have become the most comfortable boots ever! I love them!
