So after my 7hr round trip today and 4 mths of trying to find a saddle to fit both of us what do you's think?

It definitely fits much better than the last one you showed us. It is sitting level and nicely set on his withers.
Is this the one you had hand made? - Looks lovely (a bit like my Ideal actually) Must have cost a fortune but definitely worth it!!!
I feel your pain - its took me months and at least 16 saddles to try before I found one to fit my mare who looks perfectly normal to me!
Does it fit you as well? - thats so important

thanks guys, it actually was 1/2 the price made for us as an ideal or L&R saddle! Its a berney bros saddle from ireland& i am over the moon with it. They just seen pics of her & a template i took and took what i said i needed&liked and here it is. The leather is amazing and for a wool flocked panel is very close contact & super soft on the underneath. Now i just need her shod after 5wks no work!!
