That is exactly how I read it too, its not that easy to hoodwink us ..!
Personally and I am a self confessed novice owner, I don't think I'd even BE on my horses back for any length of time, let alone hunting him at 2!!!! Im worried about getting my 13YO proficient hunter ready for the season and he's been in work all summer but by this measure I might as well go run him in the national and then go round Badminton.
Leave the baby be a baby, if 'they' want a horse to go hunting, put their hands in their pockets and go buy and older horse.
