ok, long story but shortened, goes something like this.
i had this mare to break in for a lady who isnt really interested in her. basically it was a loan agreement and i rang the other day to give my months notice on her. i have 2 of my own horses in full work, two youngsters which i will start breaking soon and my old retired boy so i wont have the time for this horse soon hence why she is going back.
she is going back broken nicely with a litle work to do on her canter BUT
owner doesnt want her back and wants to sell her for a large ish sum of money. ( i agree she is a nice horse, and dont really know what price to put on her )
have a look at my ad and let me know what you think/ and what you would put her up for if she was yours.
thanks

She looks lovely. I can't watch the video for some reason but seems a nice type and has good enough breeding. I think that price is reasonable. You will no if you get interest in her. They prices horses are selling for at the moment I think you will be able to sell her for that.

I think with the market as it is at the moment that is a fair price. I think you should just wait and see if you get many calls and if you don’t after a few weeks then lower the price.

She does look lovely by the way!

thanks irish cob.
i really like the mare and wish i had time to jump her myself but with my babies being riding age soon i just cant warrant having 6.
i would be dissapointed if she went for less than 4k but its a buyers market at the minute so i will just have to see

She is so lovely! I work on a competition yard dealing in showjumpers (I just ride and compete them, I'm not part of the buying or selling) and from what I've seen, your mare would go for between 4 and 5k.

This is based on a horse which has just been sold; 7years old, 16hh Warmblood, scopey jump, weak canter but improving, not yet been competed and was sold for 5.5k
