Oppose trail hunting ban

Well once again The Mendip Farmers Hunt has proved they are not trail Hunting. Yesterday they came through our fields all hounds in full cry obviously hunting something, no one has laid a trail across our farm as we wouldnt give permission. No Hunts staff in attendance so hounds clearly out of control and then people wonder why people are so against trail hunting which is from my experience a smoke screen.

Only someone who knows nothing of it Will say this

That's rather a huge assumption about a forum poster considering it is a regular poster of many years membership made the statement you seem so dismissive of. Well I haven't hunted for many, many years, but I can assure you I have enough up to date knowledge to agree with Sandstone1.

I would not lift a finger to help trail hunting escape a ban nowadays. Many of the packs hunt illegally and the rest of them do nothing to put a stop to this. On the other hand some more enlightened hunts have switched to clean boot hunting, are well accepted by their local communities and are thriving. I know which ones I will support.

Yes it is their name, and I would like to ask OP exactly what her experience with hunting is as she is so dismissive of other posters opinion. I mean for instance, how long is it since you were riding race horses? Why do you need to ask on a forum you have never used before about where you need to go to make your mark as a pro hunting advocate.

With your vast experience surely you already know that? And please try and reply without your usual resort to foul language and insult when using social media. Thank you.
