This is Blue - poor old fella no longer wanted. Think somewhere around 12-13. Bit deaf, very happy, loves the cats and dogs....
We finally gave in Thursday night and took him on - already have 3 dogs - all rescue. 1 lurcher - now 17, and 2 cockers 3ish yrs old.... gluttons for punishment.....

He is the same age (just a bit older) than Sweep who is only deaf when it suits him - never ever when you day D-I-N-N-E-R though.....

Such a beautiful dog. I'm resisting doggies for the moment, but a local home does have an older mastiff type with heart problems stuck in a kennel ..... with winter coming ......

I hate it when older dogs are up for rehoming (altho I know it is sometimes circumstances outside the owners control...), I always want to take them all
