Ordhill Farm - Aberdeen, new livery yard?

Hi all -

When browsing on ASPC for houses, I spotted that Ordhill Farm, Petercouter had just been sold. I had a sneak peak and noticed it has been sold with 40acres and stables with potential for more stables.... I was wondering if anyone knew if it was going to be opened up as a new livery yard or if it was just being bought for private use? I like to keep an eye out for livery in the area as its where I am based and this farm seems close to the deeside way for hacking too.

If its only just sold its probably a bit soon to tell what the new owners will do with it. I guess you just have to sit about and wait and see! I thought there's a few livery yards already along the Peterculter road?
