What do people want to know? I am trying to narrow down to a very specific question on the subject so I can start to gather more specific journals and begin piecing things together... But I'm trying to find out what people feel is missing who have already gone through the research due to having it with their horse or for any other reason...

I am swaying towards dressage horses and keeping them at their best after being diagnosed with the degenerative disease but obviously that's still not specific enough.

As far as I knew, we can help manage it but it will always get worse? May be totally wrong there though.
