I've not been here on livery myself, but I know many who have been and have loved it! Good facilities, but think the ground can be bad in winter from what I've heard, but where isn't?

Thanks hun, I did know about it being on the market and it is a concern that I am taking in to consideration. Awaiting my mothers decision on whether I could emergency keep a horse at her place (she has some land) if suddenly needed till another place could be found.
