What is the one horsey item you couldn't be without?
Mine is my saddle... Bates elevator, she doesn't just move well underneath it, she floats!

For Ben it is his clicker, although I'm not using it as our primarily training method, it's taught him amazing self control and we play lots of games with the clicker, which he loves more than anything else in the world. When he hears that clicker he is filled with enthusiasm and excitements!

What are your must haves?

Gosh, this is hard . . . the new straw fork I just bought - my goodness it's much better at breaking up straw bales than my old shavings fork (funny that ;)), my wheelbarrow - it really is a jack of all trades - I wouldn't be without it, lots and lots of haynets - particularly right now with Kal on box rest and needing to soak hay for relatively long periods of time, and my LeMieux sheepskin saddle pad . . . love, love, love it and it has washed/worn so well.

student loan :(

oh how im missing it already!! Bought my horse out of it in 2nd year :D lol

oh a more serious note; my saddle... i worked bloody hard to afford it... and it was my first "proper" leather saddle. i love it :D

Lynn Russells Mane and Tail Conditioner - mmmmmmm I love smell, the feel, the detanglingness!! (I also love scissors, but mustnt be left alone with them too long for fear of scalping ponies)

This brush type thing. No idea what it's called. It's made of metal and used to bring up loose hair and brings dirt of so well! It's not a metal curry comb lol.

Noodle I hear you hun, ebony was a gift from the government as well! ;) oh I have another, my huuuuge galvanised feed bins, lockable, the large one takes about five bags of alfalfa the smaller one would take about six bags of pellets, in the summer I chuck all my rugs into the large one, they are fab :D

haha :D

to be fair i do work to pay for her - it was just the buying i couldnt find a lump sum withint the week i decided i wanted my own horse as riding lessons didnt quite cut it! :D

(i had owned horses before - so wasnt a total impulse buy!)

However little student loan pony has turnout out to be a walking vet bill but my "lifetime horse"

:)

My westropp full knee brushing boots. They've saved my mare some nasty injuries, and me some vets bills. I don't hack out without them.

I love my albion saddle, fits her perfectly and I've never sat in anything like it (always had cheap synthetics previously!)

An Elevator (even though I am living without it currently :) ) love them, love the quality.

My 505 classic, never had a trailer before, but for ease of use, smartness and build quality - I adore it.

NEW boots, love these as well as my WW all round brushing boots.

Canter mane and tail - the old stalwart, never bought anything else.

Hibiscrub - gets used on all the animals here :)

Oh and that NAF aloe vera antiseptic cream...... brilliant stuff..... what can I say, she's accident prone!

My Tuffa yard boots - the man on the stand at the Europeans said 'give them a few months and they'll be like slippers' and he wasn't wrong! If only they went with my work suit...

And my wonderful OH who cleans them for me occasionally when he can't bear to see THAT much mud on a pair of leather boots!
