other uses for micronised linseed??

Thinking of adding it to my morning porridge but also wondered if anyone had used it for dogs who are on the raw diet?? any info welcome x

My dogs love it, I give them a handful as a treat when they come down the yard with me

too much and steal it when i'm letting feed soak for 10 min while i do chores....grrrrr

I take flax seed capsules from Holland and Barrett which are the same as eating linseed but designed for people - easier for me than trying to add stuff to my food, I tried flax oil on salads for a while, but capsules are far more convenient
