As a running club mascot!! :D :D

Tonight on our walk, a herd of runners came round the corner and I suddenly realised I had no idea where my dog was... :o

As they ran past me, I apologised if a large black and white dog had gotten in their way, only to notice said black and white dog slap bang in the middle of them with a stupid grin on his face!

Thankfully none of the joggers were bothered, and stupid hound got out of their way without breaking any ankles!

One or two of them were rather dishy... Although not as dishy as the bloke that walks his Springer in the same woods... I've never encouraged Otto to go and play with another dog more :D :D

(Disclaimer: I normally know where my dog is at all times, and always get him out of the way of joggers/cyclists/horse riders/cars/low flying aircraft/etc etc :D)

Ah, sounds like the day Bella decided she would rather be owned by a gang of ramblers. I had to do the whole 'I'm leaving now! I really am!' thing and then when that didn't work I had to ask one of them very nicely to grab her for me :o

If you found out by following him through the woods concealed beneath that special pigeon shooting hat of yours - yes. Yes it is.

:p

Dogs tripping joggers and barking at riders are the bane of my life currently-my dogs, that is!

Bear decided the motorbike behind us on the way to the woods was terrifying and barked hysterically whilst we remained at the lights. I was shamed. :( I couldn't see whether or not he was hot as the helmet was fairly inclusive in it's covering capacity.

Lol:D

My tiny blue whippet one day decided to take up jogging with a random jogger by, she was tucked right into his side and just glided along with him, I was:D:Dmy back off

Rather your barking spaniel than my screaming pug. In Prince's defence, he hadn't seen a horse until six months ago, and while we've trained him to ignore the carriage horses in Central Park, cantering/jumping ponies at the stables are a different matter. Nightmare, aren't they?

Henry see horses every damn day - in fields, in stables, being long-reined, hacking out - but a cantering horse is still the most exciting thing ever. Gah!

I deliberately took them to see the ponies early on-Bear hid his face in my shoulder, Beau spooked and tried to run away in his box-duh!

I took them up at the weekend after a shameful hysterical barking episode in the woods where a rider looked at me like dirt. I freeschooled Beau while holding the dogs on leads, no mean feat! They were trying to bounce, Tigger-like after him so hopefully we'll have no more barking. I did find on Sunday that walking past joggers/scary stuff at speed really helped
