He has been a very busy dog this weekend, went to a rugby match AND point-to-pointing, did his first ever dog show (which, by the way, he was completely robbed in!!

) and has just rounded it off by going on his favourite walk

Puppy dog is shattered now!

Driving to the rugby

(No of course he didn't drive, but I was waiting for kick off in the car so Otto came in the front to join me

Having a much needed water break

In his Best Puppy Class, it was a "Fun Family" Dog show, yet there were people properly stacking their dogs

He has been SUCH a good boy this weekend! I am incredibley proud of my little dog
grin.gif
There were ALOT of people and dogs around at the point-to-point, he wanted to say heloo to everyone but was well enough behaved to leave alone when told
grin.gif
He also got a tiny admirer who spent ages stroking him and holding his lead, for a 10 month old puppy with no experiance of little children he was fantastic!! Sat perfectly still the whole time!

However, we came home from his walk about 2 hours ago, and he has just suddenly yelped and is now refusing to put weight in his right back paw
frown.gif
Have no idea what he has done, I can't see anything and have prodded his entire back leg with no response

So we may be off to the Vets in the morning if he is still sore tomorrow.

Sorry for the overload

Well..... It's better than it was (which isn't hard!!) but it's still not 100%!

He is better if he gets to run around like a loon completely undisturbed for 10 mins, and the place we walk him is perfect, there is never another soul there and there are no roads to worry about.

He is better at being around us, rather than 100 metres down the track, and he is better at actually coming back, rather than running straight past me! He also actually responds to commands now, rather than pretending he doesn't understand!

So we are getting there! Eventually!

He looks to be having a ball! Or wishing he had that rugby ball in car!! LOL!
He really has come on leaps & bounds literally!

Hope he is not lame tomorrow for you fingers crossed for Otto.

You must be really proud of him, what a good boy! Lets hope he's not just saving all his badness up for a later date (which is what Henry does...)

Hopefully he has just overdone it a bit and will feel better for putting his feet up!

I took my eye off Henry for 5 mins to tell my colleagues how good he was at the weekend a few weeks ago... and while we were all distracted he snuck over to the next desk along from mine and climbed up and tried to eat my poor colleagues chocolate cake that she had been saving to go with her afternoon coffee...

Luckily he didn't manage to eat it but he stuck his nose all over it so neither did she...

great pica and a lovely dog. Should have got 1st in every class imo.
I dare not take mine to the rugby or any football as they just want to join in all the time. can be embarrasing when they slip the lead and run off with the ball.
