Ouch Ouch !!

I did not get that much sympathy on Highland Pony Chat so now trying on here ??

My sore ankle for all you lot who thought I was just looking for sympathy and having a good moan !!

It is now 17 days since i did it and it is stilll very sore, I twisted it in the car park at the stables :-(

You have my every sympathy!! I did it years ago, got up and twisted my ankle on a doll that my daughter had left on the floor....6 years later it still isnt totally as it was.

Oooooooo owie, that looks mighty sore, I am still complaining about the stinging nettle stings on my feet from yesterday.....

Looks nasty and very sore. I got kicked on the ankle on easter sunday (was on my horse when another one booted us!) and it is still bruised, so I think you have got a fair bit of time to go yet till it starts to look like a proper leg again

OMG! That looks nasty, are you sure you haven't broken it! My OH did something similar looking falling off a small step, when he eventually went to get it looked at,(being a man it took a couple of weeks) turned out it was broken but had already healed unfortunately not well. Big hugs and lots of sympathy too!

Ouch - that looks REALLY painful!

Hope it heals quickly - make the most of any tlc, and I find lots of wine and chocolate eases the pain.

Ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.....that looks like a corker, beats my sore foot last month hands down ! I agree, loads of choccies and ice cream required (NOT to be put on the foot btw, frozen peas for that I guess.).Isn't the frozen pea advice boring btw - does anyone ever do it ? sm x
