Theres some nasty ones to her hind/flank/knee as well but I dont want to move her to photo them as shes led on that side.
Proper mess! Love her!

Yes it is :( Shes done worse before mind, its all pretty superficial. Yep they are all nice a and clean, spent an hour cleaning her up last night and iodining them all.
Worked like a demon though...best she ever has and at her age thats pretty impressive! She is also SO SO SO fit, I was amazed, her recovery time was astounding compared to the other dog we were out with who was still puffing like a steam train half an hour after Tills had stopped panting altogether! Must be keeping up with that bloody ginger dog all day ;) :D

Ooh poor Tillydog, barbed wire is bloody vicious stuff, and seems to have claimed a few victims recently.

My lodger pointed out that Pads looked like he'd been opened up right down his tummy this morning - rolled him over to have a look and yup - scratch from his chest to his winky, not quite deep enough to open him but nasty enough :(

They were jumping wire fences on the shoot last weekend but we covered them all with jackets and flags so god knows when he did it

Ive actually just banaged the one on her paw to keep it clean and dry and a bit stiller, its not knitting itself backtogether, the others are already healing up and scabbing over the one on her paw is a fair slice though, could do with a staple if it was somewhere else. Hopefully will be looking neater by tomorrow now she cant lick at it and its under a dry poultice. :(

Ah good plan, I think I have some somewhere, I used it for the horse. She doesnt need a vet unless anything gets infected, I'm sure they would pop a staple here and there but the last few times I got her stapled up I've wished I didnt bother, they just work out in a day or two leaving more of a mess, skinny dogs arent made for staples, not fleshy enough! Its only that one on her paw (because it right over the bend in her knuckle) that looks like it will take a bit longer to heal up.

My litle whip gets theese wounds atleast onece a week, she is a bloodt nightmare, I just clip and clean now, im sick of taking her into work:D
How tils is not to sore.
