Is in foal - spending the next 60-80 days in KY before being shipped back to the UK! Guess who in 2 weeks is having a private tour of the farm she is at? :-)

Here she is with her stable mate Film Maker:

Yeah - you guys are right. he is lucky, but I hope she had a bath before going to the bedroom!

Oooh lucky you! Its a lovely stud. you should definitely try to get a look around a few of the other studs while you're in the area.

Worked with quite a few Kingmambo fillies last year and for the most part they realy are lovely. The farm I was on only use Fu Peg, the Giant, Storm Cat and Kingmambo - they rarely use any other stallions.

Lol Iain I am sure she did

lovely mare though backed her a few times throughout her illustrious career. Can't wait for the foal, what a star it will be if he/she is the mould of the sire and dam. Be nice to be another filly really as colts are ok but chances are it would end up being sold and shipped off to the States ( no offence) or Japan if it turned out to be a worldbeater. I know it is nice when they do as it gives the stallions chance to spread their seed worldwide but it means that the less wealthy mare owners in the UK have even less of a chance of a pairing.
Just my honest opinion there as I have friends who own racehorses but they are not worldbeaters and could not compete against the likes of the Maktoums but they have had a pairing with Sheikh Mohammed's Best of the bests and Bertolini so I am hoping their luck will change for the better.
If I ever had the money, breeding race horses would be something I would be very keen to do but as more of a jumps fan I would be looking into the middle distance and staying pedigrees of the flat.
Wouldn't it be nice one day though to see a superbly bred and classic runner appear at the Cheltenham festival one day.
I doubt you would see any of Ouija's there though lol.
Please tell us how you get on and how she looks in the flesh as although I have been racing many times ( was my job to go) I never had the pleasure of seeing her

Oh I will be going to a number of farms - a friend is a writer for bloodhorse, and asked for a list of stallions I want to see, not only has she organized private tours of those farms, but the stallions I have requested we be bought out so I can meet them! Also Keeneland will be gearing up for there meet - so we have that to look forward to aswell!
