Our Best Prelim score today

Sorry terribly self indulgent post but George and I went off to do dressage today and I was really pleased to get our best ever score (66.8%) I know every judge is different, and perhaps the judge was marking high, but we came 8th in a big class so i'm really pleased There were quite a lot of fine warmblood types there, but my chunky shire x tried his heart out and the judge put at the bottom 'a lot to like about this lovely horse'

Ok, enough, as I said very self indulgent, but just wanted to enjoy the moment!

Aww big well done to you!! And I doubt the judge was marking high, George is a gorgeous horse and I bet he has lovely paces cos of the shire in him Haha, it must be a good day for dressage! xx

The judge was not marking high - she just obviously had good taste.
