Well, we were originally setting off at 4am , but hubby decided to start later at 5am. We had a long cold drive in temperatures of -3 in freezing fog and our car heater packed up!!
We got to BETA at 10am and first noticed a terrible smell - and discovered it was a Hay Steamer!! We met Geoff Billington, and were impressed with a new combination bridle by William Mikmer. it is a conbination of lunge canvesson, bridle, and drop noseband, with a specal link that converts excess bit pressure into noseband pressure. A very impressive bridle that I'm sure will be a big thing for the future rider.
Lots of new stuff to be found in your tack shop in the near future.
Please excuse any typos tonight, tired and too much wine!!

Hiya, we went yesterday and had a great time, too much cake and chocs!
Lots to see, really needed two days to see everything. It took us 2 and half hours to get there, sounds like you had further to travel.

We avoided the choccies and biccies. yes, we travelled from Cornwall. It's a very interesting day out

If anybody is vaguely interested in the bridle, it is made by Rambo, and hubby and I were very impressed with it.
