It was no victory for the defendant to lose her dog for its last few months of life, and it was no victory for the dog to die in RSPCA 'care'.
The item will eventually appear on the news section of the Our Dogs website but they run about a week or ten days behind because they prefer people to actually buy their paper and not just read it for free!
Not sure if the pay for version of the site includes up to date news stories as they appear.
