Stunning! Do black GSDs have any variations in eye colour or just hazel/amber?

Holly is definitely part-kangaroo!! Shes lovely though, looks such a sweetie - but I don't blame those cretins yesterday for scarpering when she thew herself against the fence towards them!!

Here are the whippets. Brindle is Lily and brown and white is Penny. They do really love each other.

Springs in her feet :D she is such a lovely pup, oh she can look the part when needed :)

Thanks for the comments about Mr Fuzzypants :p :D

As with all colour variations, eyes should be dark according to the breed standard. His probably stand out more because he is black and he does show the whites of his eyes at times :p

My two, Evie with her daughter Freya when Freya was a tiddler.

MurphysMinder they are gorgeous! I didn't realise that GSD pups are born darker and get lighter. I find GSD have such human faces - full of expression!

Lottiepony - Ruby is beautiful too, so pretty she should be at crufts!

This is Bruno :) lab x collie who will be 7 this year in December. We're VERY lucky to still have him with us after he got hit by a train in Dec 2010 resulting in a jaw broken in 4 places, leg broken in 2 places, 4 teeth knocked out, tail literally ripped right off and the skin from the middle of his back down to the bottom of his ribs near enough hanging off his body but he's still the happy go lucky dog that he always was. Even after he had survived his 4 hour op, vet was still unsure about if we would have to have him PTS as he feared Bruno wouldn't be able to eat/chew properly but thankfully he did :D :D :D

Love him to bits xxx

bless him! he's lovely! and a very lucky/brave boy! Good thing that not even the most serious thing would hold a lab back from eating!! :D
Haha, I know! He wouldn't drink water for aaaages though - put a dab of milk in it so it turned white and he'd drink it then. Strange

Oh wow that's an impressive recovery. Amazing to survive being hit by a train you must have been beside yourself.
It was the worst day of my life. I wasn't at home at the time - when my dad rang me to tell me, I honestly thought I was going to faint, I was distraught :( a neighbours dog got hit a few months after, unfortunately he didn't survive :( (RIP Diesel x) was so weird that two dogs got hit in a such a short space of time, no dogs had been hit for years and years (we've lived here for 17 years and nothings happened) hopefully we can go the same amount of time/longer until another incident like this happens.
