I always like the idea of showing, i.e the preening and pampering but when I get there, all the waiting in line etc I realise why it wasn't such a good idea, also OH hates showing and refuses to take us! :D

I know what you mean about the boredom: was glad I went with friends and helped groom for one. I would've been bored silly otherwise.
 
thank you so much everyone - makes me feel better. I think it was made harder by the fact that hubbie was there, bless him.

No no chalk on feathers, just about three shampoos and loads of conditioner. He still looks quite good today, bless him ;)
