I took Breeze to do a dressage show at NHEC last night, where shes only ever been to jump so i was expecting her to be bonkers but she went quite well, a few things to work on but for our first attempt to get 64.2% is good in prelim

we came 2nd in our section the winner had 77% and had a higher score than the qualified section! (there was a qualified and open section I was in the open section). Breeze was a little confused with the white boards, she didn't realise you had to stay in them!! :O I need to look up and to round my shoulders which i do when i'm tense lol but overall there is potiental and the judge wrote on the sheet that "I had a good rappore with Breeze"

I was also just wondering what are everybody elses first dressage scores...?

I did my first a couple of weeks ago, and got 58.4% which I was quite pleased with as my horse was also quite confused by the whole thing and spent half of the test trying to nap towards my instructor for a cuddle cos she was calling it for me!!
Well done!
