Our first outing (video)

Took our new boy on his first outing last week. And what a superstar he was!

He seemed to genuinely love it, and happily tried everything I asked of him in such an honest and happy manner! He did need a lot of encouragement and a lead into the water, but that is something to work on! (Any suggestions welcomed!)

Managed to film a few clips, so enough of me babbling and on with the video! Please bare in mind I haven't been to an xc course, or had a lesson since pony club days and its one of the first few times we've jumped together! But happily rectifying that by planning lots of clinics and outings!

He looks a cracking sort and really takes you forwards, I like him!

Regarding the water, it's just a case of practice practice practice. Take him to a few venues and try and make it as positive as possible.
