Sooooo... We hit up Farnham town show ground for our first ever course of show jumps on Saturday. Lovely Suzi drove us and we met up with a few chums when we got there :) Pat was his usual nonchalant self, hopped aboard and went for a potter in the empty warm up arena, perfect for my nerves and his first bash. Popped him over a few poles with much ballooning and spooktastics but forward and happy :)

Took him into the ring for the clear round, showed him the wall (super spooky) and a few of the monster fillers which were all new to him. Off we went :) boing boing boing, lots of Wobblies and babyness but we had a magic round and went straight in again for a second super clear round.

Entered the dizzy heights of 70cms and in we went, perfect clear and stupid stupid rider error, turned the baby too sharp causing him to very innocently slip and the numpty rider to be catapulted out the side door!! ********!!!!! Absolute retarded pilot! Neither of us phased, I got back on and went for a much steadier HC round (again clear). So unbelievably proud and excited for our future :) I bought a hi res image which is here....

And the rest of the pics (some corkers) are here... http://www.sharontphotography.co.uk/portfolio307648p3.html

Happy day :)

You are actually smiling in every picture - I normally find that I only enjoy showjumping 'retrospectively' safe in the knowledge that no disasters occurred!

Well done - beautiful horse and great pictures :)

Dear OP
Is your horse Master Imp breeding?
he looks so like my little 13.2h pony who is master imp breeding and sounds very similar.
