Today I took Kasper to his first show since I've had him.
I was planning on doing the clear round but the ground conditions on the show field were unsuitable so last minute I decided I would take him in an in-hand class just for the experience for him.
Got him all ready, into the trailer, out on the showground and into our class.
He was such a good boy, only had a quick buck and leap in trot with excitement, but soon settled and I was really proud of him.
We were placed last (no surprise there) but I was bothered at all, just enjoyed having a go with the big lad.
Only comment I got from the judge was 'Your plaits are on the wrong side'
Well seen as it is only the third time I've ever plaited for a show and the first time I've ever sewn them in I was just happy that they were still intact, lol!
Here is the photographic evidence!
