I was mucking out today when kenny started being quite disruptive! He was chewing at the wheelbarrow, chewing the rug on his door and tried to take my shavings fork off me a number of times! And he then started pulling at my sleeve, insistently.
It got me thinking, he was obviously trying to tell me something or wanted something but I never worked it out. (I gave him a scratch on his itchy spot which seemed to make him forget what he wanted). I wonder how many times our horses are trying to tell us things and we just don't realise or will never know what it is they want!
It's times like this I really wish they could talk to us
