Out of date food

Would you feed it? Has been well stored in a dry shed, is two weeks out of date (cubes)...I think yes, anyone else?

is it dusty? Does is smell bad.. if not then i would.

No I've opened one bag and it looks and smells fine.

Only 2 weeks out of date? Would definitely feed it, plus cubes don't get flour mites like mixes

Mother always makes us eat bacon over a month out of date, although she actually chucked a bottle or peri peri sauce the other day that expired in 2007 (I was surprised!)

I did my nans cupboar dout and at the back was summit that went out of date in 1995

Just a quick caveat from me - make sure you tip the bag out and double check there is no mould, I learnt my lesson about mouldy feed at the bottom of a bag (in-date!) which caused toxic laminitis as it had contaminated the whole bag!

Thats a bit scary, I did tip them both out into a dustbin but it was a bit dark. Will go and have proper poke through tomorrow.
