OUUUUCHHHH Bruised Sole

A bruised sole has reared its ugly head on my warmblood, once the sole and foot were trimmed back for shoeing last thurs. Ponio not bad on soft surface but very sore on hard. Black smith on the case etc. How long does a bruised sole take to recover. When the blacksmith showed me, it wasnt that big and ponio a little bit of a sensitive wuss on the quiet which doesnt help.

IME most respond in 7-10days without complication. Deep seated recurrent bruising can go on for 6-8 weeks, but this is rare.
Good farrier, deep bed, level ground and a bit of bute if required. You will probably be fine in a few days.
