I have tried several makes of neoprene xl over reach boots on my mare and they either don't join at all or stick up on the hoof and offer no protection at all. Any ideas please. Thought about westropp petal boots but I don't expect the strap (fits all!) will be long enough.

Try the Woof Wear XL NEOTEX boots, you can get them from rideaway. fit my boy and he is a clydie x with massive feet!! also the only XL thats fits the massive cobs at my yard!

I have the woof wear kevlar ones in XL for mine, the woman in the shop was so fussy that no horse would ever need them that big that my Dad took a photo for her to see! She changed her mind then!

I have to have two pairs, one XL for when hes hairy and one large pair for when hes clipped! His hair makes that much difference!!!

Woof wear are the best for big boots! all mine come from them! Stretch and flex ones are good too.

premier equine all the way, I have an XXL pair and think they do an XXXL or if they don't professional choice do. Premier equine ones the same as PC ones were about half the price and just as good.....have a look on their website as they do £3.95 next day delivery.

Hi
With ref to the straps for Westropp Petal Boots... If the straps are not long enough... visit our website... get in touch and we can make longer ones for you...!!
We have people with shire horses get in touch... they are using the extra long straps and 15 petals on each boot (9 is normal btw)
All the best
