hi,
I need an over reach boot that my horse can wear daily for turn out. He currently wears the rubber ones but i have to be careful they dont rub. Are there any that wont rub or will be less likely to rub? Oh and they obviously need to be good at staying on! lol

I find the rubber ones are best for field use. The "showjumper type" don't seem to rub as much as the traditional ones. (by showjumper type, i mean the ones with the slightly longer neck)

Hi - I can highly recommend the Professional choices bell boot . My old horse is a cushings laminitic and had heart bar shoes on for the best part of 2 years . He could pull these shoes off at a moment's notice without a boot on. We needed a boot long enough to help prevent him treading on the shoe and yet soft enough to wear 24 hours a day. These fitted the bill perfectly as they are slightly deeper than standard. I think a pair lasted about a year with constant use. Not the cheapest around but I have seem them on ebay occasionally at a reasonable price price.
