Morning all

my horse had some how overeached in the night

lucily not that deep

does anyone leave over reach boots on at night ?

Mine wears them on his front and hind (after a coronary band injury from stepping/hitting himself - graceful creature) 24/7. The rubber pull ons in the back and rubber with velcro in the front. No rubs or issues aside from him occasionally removing them or destroying one, but they're fairly cheap.

Yup, mine wears rubber overreach boots on all four legs all the time. If my yard had offered putting them on before turnout and taking them off when brought in, I’d have picked that since she wears them as to not lose shoes every other day, but since they don’t she just wears them all the time.

When ridden she wears softshell or neoprene overreach boots.

I buy the rubber ones in bulk as they tend to live a fairly short life. And I buy them in bright pink, that makes it easier to find them in the field!

Old mare wore them 24/7. Rubber pull on's in the end as she kept tearing through everything else and it got a bit expensive.
