Hello All
Ive just come on here for some tips
My 13.3 Welsh has a tendancy to over jump everything and it seems that on my yard a few people really think that this is a bad habit, so thought I would ask on here to see if there is anything I can do about it.
I only jump her up to 3ft max and only do hunting and fun local jumping classes and hunter trails so its no huge deal but she doesnt rush the fences and doesnt take off too early she just puts its huge almighty jumps in each time she takes off, its not uncomfortable or anything but now people have commented I just wondered how bad a fault is it and what things could I do to stop her doing it? Whatever height I jump which will be from 18 inches to 3ft she consitantly does this.
Or should I just let her get on with it?
She really loves jumping imensley and is a very honest little pony but just with people on that yard highlighting it as a problem I thought Id ask advice
also, why could over jumping be a problem? xx
Thanks
