i know this may sound awfulluy cheeky, but does anybody have or know a owner of a 148cm showjumping pony that would consider paying up-keep of the pony. we would pay for all of the competition fees, this is because we can unfortunatley can not afford another pony, but i would love to get to all of the biggest shows such as hoys and poys:)

I dont know, but if you know an owner of an international grand prix dressage horse, roughly 17hh, easy ride who will give me there horse but pay for upkeep and shows etc please, let me know :P
 
Sell your current pony or buy a cheap pony to bring on and sell. It is a cheeky request and unless you're a super talented rider not going to happen.

But seriously, unless you are incredibly talented it isn't going to happen. I got my (dressage) rides by working all day for the owner and sacrificing time with my own horse - these things don't just get handed to you!
 
Your best hope of getting a ride is to be incredibly good on what you already have, getting out and being seen is your best advert. There are alot of fantastic junior riders who are also in your shoes and the only way to get anywhere is to be better than everyone else.
 
aha. thank you for all of the replys, i do completely undertsand what you are all saying but i just thought best off asking, the pony i have isnt a easy ride, and i will very soon be out of junors because of my height! but i am really starting to crack on with her so my best bet is to put all of my time and effort into the one, but thank you:)
