Owner now says she won't sell the horse I have on loan with view to buy!?

Well I'd be either blocking her from seeing the pics of him if not my entire page, or posting some pics of him in the state he was when he came with a title of "X pony when I got him from Ms X" and some comparison ones with your pals commenting on how well you've done with him - just to point out you have recorded it and to refresh her memory of how appalling she treated him. But then I can be really juvenile :p
 
You'll have to message me your email address, and some details of where and when you agreed the LWVTB and whether or not price was discussed, or the length of the loan? Then I can mail it to you and you can change/add/delete bits as you want to.
 
Really pleased for you. I was in a similar situation and fortunately had mine in writing.

Glad you got some good advice, I really hope things work out ok for you.

Just a point of calling someone's bluff.. I 'sold' a pony to a friend, she said she couldn't afford to buy out right so I said take him and pay in installments, even just £10 a month. That was end of Sept. Not received a penny, shes bought another horse, been on nights out and even invited me to a theme park. But still proclaims she's broke. I told her the other day either start paying or ill have the horse back. .. turns out the pony is coming back.. on top of that she has the god damn cheek to dictate when I need to pick the horse up!
Some people just need a slap and I very nearly lost it with her.. I gpt the feeling where your stomachs coming up and your head feels like exploding and you can barely think to reply because you are just that angry! Also got to break it to my dad and I know he will go mad and arguments will be had which need not have happened due to some complete and utter moo!

It's sad as i do take people as truthful and honest but more and more you start to lose your faith.

Anyway you person and my person I class in the same group of 'total wastes of space' sorry to be nasty!
 
Oh and to add to the point of 'when i should pick the horse up' I was also told I would be charged livery for any time after that date he stays... shame she doesn't read her contract. Ive got 28 days to collect him during which time she has full responsibility and amy breech of contract will result in legal action. .quickly made her put a cork in it.

Sorry ill sssh now and stop hijacking your thread!! Lol
