I have been looking after a little pony foal on loan for the past two weeks but uncertainties with the owner lead me to post a letter to her yesterday saying i was going to terminate the loan with one week notice.

Well today, whilst i was at work, the owner turned up at the yard, paid her outstanding bills and then took the pony :(

I know it is her right to take her pony but I was expecting to have the pony until next Thursday and feel really bad that I didnt get to say goodbye to the pony.

Also I had purchased the pony an adorable sparkly headcollar (ponys name was Sparkle) that I wanted to keep and a keepsake but when i got to the yard this evening the owner had taken it aswell.

So not only did i not get to apologies to the pony for letting her down, i didnt get to say goodbye and I dont even have my little reminder of her.

I hope the little pony ends up in a nice place

No point to this really, just sad :(

Aww sorry about your pony. I would see if you get your headcollar back though if you want it, you paid for it, so its yours by rights. Does the owner live far away? See if you can go and make a bit of peace with owner and get your headcollar back over a brew?
xx
