Owners/loaners/sharers etc

Just coz I'm nosey. Wondered how many people on here have their own horse or just have lessons/share etc. Reading posts it comes across that most people own but suppose that could be misleading.

I put rider as I muck out for a lady at the weekend and have access to two fantastic horses to ride whenever I like, and get paid £20 a day for the priveledge(sp.)

My Welshy went out on loan about 20 months ago and I have had an IDxTB boy on loan since August.

Got my own lado Mr M but also have a Welsh section D cob...a mare *cringes* on loan who I also ride and care for, also ride another horse which belongs to someone else and hopefully will be competing it this summer.

Bascially I forever have a sore ass

I put rider but I don't get paid for it. I get to ride in return for mucking out, haying and feeding on the day that I ride.

I own one & have a sharer who at mo is doing most of the riding (horse lives out 24/7 at present). I'm sort of taking a break for a few weeks/months!!

Own one horse which is shared with OH and have loaned in the past. Can work very well, or can be a total nightmare!

Own one and have one on permanent loan from a rescue charity - really like owning two and certainly costs as much as owning two!!

Never had my own horse but have always wanted one.
