P***ing down with rain - in or out??

Yearling and pony are standing at gate looking v. sorry for themselves in the rain - yearling has rug on

So, do I capitulate and bring them or do I just leave them be?? It's not windy or particularly cold.

(Am feeling guilty cos 4yr old standing in stable munching haylage

To be fair if I lived closer to where Kao's kept and had to see her standing looking miserable I'd probably cave and bring her in

The only exception is the oldie who at 35 gets spoilt!!

I have been thinking the same thing ... not sure if I should bring them in, I am just trying to leave them out 24/7 for the summer but they keep looking at me ..........!

I'm fed up with bringing my two wimps in because they stand around looking totally dejected under the tree, guilt tripping me for taking them away from lovely warm southern Spain ( and the heat and the flies and the dust and straw to eat) and making them stand out in a field full of grass in a bit of rain - it's not even cold, for goodness sake, it's about 19 degrees here!

Ditto this. Mine is so fat, I don't think he notices whether it is raining or not - he is like a pony/seal hybrid atm. LOL

Out. What has your yearling go a rug on for LOL! Is he clipped? Young horses are a lot easier to manage in later life if they don't get over-wrapped at a tender age.
