i am indeed!!!!!!!! Like i said in a post on page 1 - mum had to drag him into the arena as he decided he didnt want to go in, hence her comment about not looking like a dressage horse when he came in!!!

How fab you will have to start a clippings book with hopefully more to follow! Then when you are 80 you can look back and feel very proud!

I know, however it makes it read like i get lead out on him, but in fact i lead him (riderless) and he just follows me around the fields

sorry, i can't remember, but was he imported just before you had him, PG?

They don't tend to "hack out" on the continent like us Brits!!

No, he was imported as a 4yo - his stable was attached to an indoor school so he went from his stable to the indoor school each day. And out in the field for an hr a day. Poor guy never saw anything, so its no wonder hes petrified of everything!

He loves following me around the fields, i can walk the dog at the same time aswell

Its a dutch thing PG.
Snoopy follows me round the field too lol this lunch time i took his sheet off and he walked the whole field back with me, his nose on my shoulder lol

I take him out for walks round our tracks on the lunge line and he just ambles along beside me - if i was riding him he'd be having a heartfailure at everything!

Its quite cute tho
