pads for saddles

My mare is tbx and her weight changes from season to season so I bought her bates saddle.It was fitted by master saddle fitter and was excellent fit at time .She had mc timoni out today and it appears that saddle is tight down one side of wither only ,can cair be adjusted or is it best to try pad.I will be getting saddle fitter out to make adjustments just wondered if any one else had similiar problems and what the possibilities were.
The other consideration is altering gullett not sure if this is possible.She has two a medium and medium wide,one is too tight(one side only) the other too loose

Maybe use a half pad that you can put shims in the pockets?
