Pain in the origin of the Supensory ligament

i cant seem to find alot about the origin of the supensory ligament on the internet and other than it appears to be comon i know very little, have just finished a corse of shockwave
anybody had a horse diagnosed with this? prognosis? treatments?
Any help greatly recieved!!
