Someone on HHO reccommended me a particular type of magnesium to try for my super fussy horse. I can't for the life of me think which it was or who it was!

I believe it was Pro Earth or Forage Plus as opposed to tack shop calmer.

Horse is a head shaker and magnesium mixed with boron is apparently worth a try.
My Boron has just arrived and i need to find a form of magnesium i can get into him to give it a fair run. On the plus side he is actually eating at the moment so I'm more hopeful than I would have been a few weeks ago!

I've mentioned it before on here. I tried it because it's better absorbed allegedly but did find mr fussy preferred it. I'm back to magox as I can just about get it in with some full fat sugar beet

Also what is boron for?
I've read about it several times that a mix of Boron and magnesium has shown positive results in quite a high percentage of head shakers. I have no idea where i read it sorry but there is info on David Marlins site including dosage rates. I don't think its going to be a game changer because you can't buy it in the UK and its taken absolutely ages for the tiniest bag to arrive from the US. I'm just interested to see if it helps at all for mine.
