Panacur granules vs panacur guard..

Can someone tell me if there is a difference between panacur guard and giving panacur granules for 5 days?

And for tapeworm would you use equitape or double dose strongid p?

Thank you...Yes I actually ended up phoning the pharmacy to find out more, regarding panacur 5 day in general. It works out slightly cheaper for me to use the granules as I have a baby shetland...That said my field mate is going to share with me so we got the guard..Many thanks
