Papillion

I used to know a woman who was a 'kitchen sink' breeder. They are tiny, very delicate little dogs, that are frighteningly easy to step on, and break! (as in leg, or tail!!)

But they are gorgeous. I met a dog once that was a crossbred Papillion/Pomeranian and she seemed a lot sturdier than the Pappies I'd met - She was a delightful little dog, and would crawl up onto my shoulder so she could bark at everything in sight! :D

Sorry to sound rude. But you're asking for advice on a dog you're getting on thursday? Surely you should have done the research BEFORE getting the dog?

I think you have me wrong....i have been doing alot of reading, and talking to people who have them, but was just asking for more....personal experiences etc.
You cant have enough advice, can you?I would be critisiced if i hadnt asked for advice.Damned if i do and damned if i dont

If Heather Ann hadnt asked you I would have, your 2 line post never indicated you had been researching the breed and wanted further info.

Good luck with the puppy and dont forget the pics, I just love those butterfly ears.:)

Just shows how people and posts can be read or taken the wrong way on the net..... Or maybe I'm just dull at putting things in to words and pictures up!! She has the most amazing bat like ears!! Nearly as big as the rest of her.

Good luck with your new girl.. they are a super wee dog.. i dont have one but i do like them.. lovely fun loving and full of energy and very clever.
