oh ok then, il write an update on here instead of PMing!!

Well when i got him in from YOs field tuesday afternoon he plastered in mud, had lost a shoe and had generally spent the whole day hooli-ing around! Luckily i phoned my farrier and he was just down the road so shoe went straight back on! His leg was fine, no swelling. Then whilst i was grooming him i literally watched it swell up again, so i lunged him and it went down again. I then cold bandaged it for a couple of hours whilst i rode bloss. Spoke to my vet friend and she said it sounds like its just bruised. I bandaged his legs over night and he went out in Bloss's field yesterday.

Rode him last night and it was fine, bandaged again over night. Took bandages off this morning, walked him round the yard for 10mins in the gale, rebandaged his legs and hes now in for the day (weather is too horrid and he'd probably do himself more damage!).

So looks like its all ok!!
