Very pleased to see that Park Lane Stables were, in the end, able to buy their premises in London, after being thoroughly messed about by the vendor.
I did contribute to the fund raising but even thought at the time that I hoped there was something binding about the contract to buy if they raised sufficient funds. It was awful when the vendor said they had had a higher offer, sort of something that I worried might occur.
Still, things like this too often happen with buying and selling property.
However, very happy for them and the children and ponies to know that they are now secure and can continue to offer a great service.
