Part ex for a tb?

Has anyone done this (as in had a non tb horse but swapped for a tb) or part ex in general- how did it go? where did you go to part ex? or is this something you would never do in a million years???

I'm wracking my brains but I dont think I ever have done P-ex. However I certainly would in the right circumstances - ie good quality dealer, contact with buyers, first refusal once horse sold

I did it the other way around part ex'ed a TB for a Warmblood it was the best thing I ever did
