Just re-doing my price list and just wondered what people would expect to pay for part livery in the NW area? blackpool / preston area!

im not changing it at the moment, i think its a bit harsh increasing prices in the middle of the recession , but what would you expect to pay per week for the following:

decent size block built stable
hay / haylage included (ad lib, dont mind how much as long as not wasted!)
(bedding not included - charged extra but delivered to individual livery storage compartments weekly as ordered)
morning feeds, nets put in
summer - horses turned out at 8.30 am after feeding
winter - horses turned out in turnout paddock and brought in (if left ready in rugs!) daily for an hour
turnout paddocks available for use anytime
use of 20x40 floodlit school with high quality surface +jumps (no charge for lights)
hot wash box
solarium lamps (both run on pound meter for 25mins)
round pen for join up/ lunging etc (freeze proof!)
free trailer / lorry parking
purpose built tackroom for insurance req.
brew area
electric fenced safe fields, 2-4 per paddock but not huge fields, however well maintained. day turnout, summer only.
secure locked yard access.

so, what do you reckon?

I'm in Cheshire and I pay £57 per week part livery for similar services, except bigger arena but no lunge pen, we've no hot shower or heat lamps and we get our mucking out done during the week.

Im west yorkshire and part liv @ £55 per week would get you x2 feed, hay, shavings, all year turn out and bring in, out door school, nice stables, small XC course, basically owner just needs to muck out each day.

Hi I'm near Garstang and I charge £45 per week for part which includes haylage but not bedding. All year turnout and and indoor school. Also live on site but don't have solarium etc. Hope this helps.
